Doctor Michael McDougal and staff are very professional from the front desk staff, the x-ray technicians to a full staff of dental hygienists & assistants who do deep cleanings and good quality teeth whitenings as well. With all of the high tech equipment, in house Crown molding and a 360° X-Ray machine in his office, Dr McDougal & his staff do an amazing job with it all. They are able make the specialty "Cerecfired" crown and cement it in during your appt. and is much stronger than the traditional porcelain crown. I also want to give a big shout out to the front desk (thumbs up) for the great smile & professionalism, signing guest in, making appointments and especially dealing with insurance companies. We ran into some insurance coverage discrepencies and Dr. McDougal and his staff were able to correct and smooth over the problems for us. Dr. McDougal is the best of the best. He explains everything to you in detail while sitting in his dental chair. We are so glad we switched dental offices. They also have a separate in house children's dental clinic as well.
